The Problems of Over-Acidity in Your Body
Acidity in Your Body

Acidity in Your Body. Our body faces all kinds of breakdown if it is allowed to get too “acidic” or is forced too long  just to stay basic, or if it get overgrown with micro-forms.

  1. Weight. You can think an overly acid internal environment for the excess pounds you are carrying around. In a defensive move, the body creates fat cells to carry acids away from you vital organs to try to protect them.  So, in one sense, the fat is saving your life! That is why your body doesn’t want to let it go. But when you eat to make your body more basic (alkaline),  your body won’t need to keep that fat around anymore.  Also,  the trouble with this “imbalanced body” is that it will exhaust “adrenal glands,” that result in low levels of energy that will contribute to weight gain.  Another is fatigue of the “thyroid gland” which controls the rate of metabolism. You will have cravings for sugar, bigger appetites, and low blood sugar levels, followed by an overgrowth of yeast, fungus and molds in the body.
  2. Allergies. The toxins produced by the micro-forms within this acidity deprived body contributes what is known as allergies. The result is “chemical” or “nutritional” sensitivities, allergic reactions to foods, airborne or chemical matter. Soreness, swelling, watery eyes, runny nose, and eczema are ways of eliminating acid toxins. The Problems of “Over-Acidity” in Your Body
  3. Fatigue. This is probably the major symptom of an overly acidic body. The micro-forms ferment sugar in our bodies that we would otherwise us for energy. The toxins produced in an acidic body reduce the absorption of protein, minerals, and other nutrients, that weakens the body’s ability to produce “enzymes” and “hormones” and all the hundred of other chemical components necessary for cell energy and organ activity. This also interferes with the “reconstruction” of cells and other necessary components of energy production.  Which results in fatigue, poor endurance, inability to add muscle tone, and general weaknesses all thru your body.
